At Gharyard, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not meet the eligible return conditions below, our support team is here to assist you.
📅 5-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Complete with all original accessories, tags and components
- Packed in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase
Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.

- Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging, where applicable
Our team will review your request and share the return instructions if it is approved.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Where applicable, approved return shipping instructions or a return shipping label will be provided.
📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
Contact us immediately if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
- Any component is missing
To help us verify the issue, we may request clear photographs, an unboxing video, the shipping label and the original packaging.
After reviewing the details, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or damaged after delivery
- Personal-care, hygiene or beauty products once opened or used
- Customised or personalised products
- Perishable goods, including food, plants and flowers
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently process exchanges through a return-and-reorder method.
Once the original product is returned and approved, you may place a separate order for the required replacement, colour, size or variant.
Replacement availability is subject to stock and delivery-service availability.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider or payment partner may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through a supported bank account or another available refund method after the required details are verified.

🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period
For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer laws.
The product must remain unused, complete, with tags and in its original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase.
