At Gharyard, operated by Itemzy Ventures, we offer Cash on Delivery for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes across India.

Cash on Delivery allows you to place an order online and pay for it when the shipment is delivered to your address.

How to Place a COD Order

Steps to Order

  1. Select the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Add the product to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your complete and correct delivery details.
  5. Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
  6. Review your order and complete the order confirmation.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.

Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent or incorrect orders, COD orders may be verified before processing or dispatch.

  • Some courier partners may accept cash only, while others may support digital payment options.

Please do not make a payment to any unofficial personal account or unknown payment link.

Order Cancellation

A COD order may be cancelled before it is dispatched by contacting our Customer Support Team.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available when the courier partner attempts delivery.

Delivery May Fail If

  • The recipient is unavailable.
  • The registered phone number is incorrect or unreachable.
  • The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The customer refuses to accept the confirmed order.
  • The complete payable amount is not available at delivery.
  • The location becomes unserviceable after the order is placed.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, fraudulent order activity, or repeated failed deliveries may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

When COD May Not Be Available

Cash on Delivery may not be available due to:

  • Unserviceable or remote PIN codes
  • Courier restrictions
  • Product-specific restrictions
  • High-value orders
  • Operational or security requirements
  • Repeated order refusals or unsuccessful deliveries
  • Temporary technical issues

When COD is unavailable, you may complete your purchase using one of the available prepaid payment methods shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds for COD Orders

Eligible COD orders are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds for COD orders cannot normally be issued in cash. You may be requested to provide a valid bank account or other supported payment details so the approved refund can be processed securely.
