Return and refund policy

Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable. These include perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers), custom or personalised items, personal care products (like beauty items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@gharyard.in.
